How we do it

We employ previously unemployed youth from the local community and train them as Literacy or Sport Coaches.

Through partnerships and various stakeholders, our Coach in a Box Programme trains, equips and places local youth in developing primary schools as Sport or Literacy Coaches.

Safeguarding our Children

To ensure that our commitment to awareness and effective child protection is upheld, we employ a multifaceted approach, incorporating various mechanisms and strategies. These initiatives are fundamental to maintaining a strong focus on child safety and well-being.

First and foremost, we emphasise the importance of clear and accessible documentation, ensuring that our policies and guidelines are readily available and comprehensible. Furthermore, our online presence, encompassing our website and online resources, serves as a vital platform for disseminating information to a broader audience.
